Sales Automatic Workflow - Trial

Configuration

Here user can configure if they want to assign any instance by default to every new created sales quotation. It can be switched on / off as per their convenience.

Automatic Workflow Menu

When install Sales Automatic Workflow application, New menu will appear inside Sales menu. These nre menu contains Sales Automatic Workflow Instances, Process Logs amd Process Log Lines.

Instance

In Instance you can configure how many processes you want to complete automatically. You can configure any number of instances you want. Automated process will work according to the instance configured in sales quotation.

Sales Quotation

You can have many instances of sales automatic workflow. But Instance configured here in sales quotation will define what processes will be completed automatically.

Sheduled Action (Cron)

Scheduled action will process all sales automatic workflow instances at regular time interval processing sales orders, pickings and invoices as per configuration in instance.

Process Logs

Process logs contains details of process everytime instance runs to process sales workflow automatically.

Process Log Details

Process Log contains details of which instance was used to process, when was it processed and lines of each process done with sale order, picking and incoice.

Failure Logs

If due to any reason a process could not be completed, their logs are marked as failure and can be found under menu failure logs. So user does not have to nevigate through all logs and find failure logs.

Failure Log Details

Failure Logs contains details of Process which could not be performed along side related sale order, picking or invoice and notes containing possible failure reason. User can mark them processed after processing the records manually.
