Sales Commission Management
A complete solution to manage sales commission plans, setup split rules, and auto-generate comprehensive monthly statements directly from your invoices.
How Does This App Work?
This app introduces an advanced calculation engine directly integrated into the Odoo Invoicing module.
1. Define Commission Percentage: The administrator creates "Commission Plans" supporting static or tiered percentage rules.
2. Auto-Association: Salespersons are then assigned to these Commission Plans on their User Profile. Optionally, splits between multiple sales reps for a single invoice can be defined.
3. Automated Earnings: Whenever a Customer Invoice or Refund is posted, the app automatically calculates the correct commission base on untaxed amounts and creates a "Commission Entry".
4. Easy Disbursement: Every month, managers select the open Commission Entries and use the "Create Statements wizard" to group them into a single, printable Commission Statement document that can be marked as 'Paid' after disbursement.
