Overview
The "Sales Team Access" Module is designed to streamline and secure the management of customer data by assigning specific access rights based on user roles. This module enhances operational efficiency and data integrity by ensuring that users can only view and interact with information relevant to their responsibilities.
Features
Provides tailored access for Admin, Salespersons, and Team Leaders.
Restricts viewing of sales orders, CRM leads, and partner records based on the user's role.
Generating detailed sales reports on button click.
Configuration
- Assigning Access Rights
- Navigate to User Settings section where you can manage user roles and permissions.
- Accessing Specific Records
- User with the access of Salespersons or Team Leaders can only view their own or their team's sales orders, CRM lead and partners records.
- Accessing and generating sales reports
- Go to the Sales Order section, click on the Reporting menu, and use the button inside the Sales submenu to generate detailed sales reports.
