Sales User Targets

Manage & track sales performance in Odoo 17 — clear targets, automatic achievements, instant % progress.

How it works

  1. Go to Sales → Configuration → Sales User Targets.
  2. Create a new target: choose salesperson, define target amount, set start/end dates.
  3. System calculates automatically:
    • Achieved Amount (Sale Orders).
    • Invoice Achieved Amount (Invoices).
    • Achievement % for both.
  4. Use the status bar to Activate, mark as Done, Cancel, or Reset to Draft.
  5. Review progress in the tree view with totals and percentages.

  • Track confirmed sales separately from invoiced sales.
  • Incentive/bonus programs based on performance.
  • Move away from Excel to integrated Odoo tracking.
