Odoo Sales Wallet Management for Sales Person App
Salesperson wallet management app for sales order apps help users create a wallet and add money any time in wallet. sale order maintained advance payment history. users can process the multiple sales order payments in a single click from the wallet.
Configure User Access Rights
Salesperson sales wallet assigned users access for wallet menu and register payment feature in sale order.
Create Wallet
Create wallet for sale order payment.
Advance Register Payment
Advance register payment in sale order.
Description
Select Configurations
The user can select configurations for sales wallet and advance payment.
Sales Wallet access user create wallet workflow
After selecting the configurations user can create wallet from Sales --> Wallet, here user create wallet for specific user and add money. user add money any time in wallet.
Advance Register Payment
After creating wallet, user can pay advance payment from register payment button.
Register Payment Pop-up
After click on register payment button pop-up will display.
Advance Payment Not Accept Less than Zero
Warning display when advance payment is less than 0 (zero).
Advance Payment Not Accept Greater than Total Amount of Sale Order
Warning display when advance payment is greater than total amount of sale order.
Maintain Register Payment History
After register payment successfully, history maintain in register payment history tab.
Create Journal Entries
Create journal entries after successfuly register payment.
Multi Register Payment
Multi sale order payments from Action --> "Multi Register Payment" menu.
Multi Register Payment Pop-up
After click on multi register payment menu pop-up will display.
