Stop Searching One Value at a Time
Paste a whole list into any Odoo search bar, and find every matching record in one shot.
50 values means 50 rounds of paste and Enter
You get a list of 50 reference codes, customer names, or order numbers from a spreadsheet, an email, or a support ticket. You need to find all of them in Odoo.
Today that means: paste one value, press Enter, paste the next one, press Enter again, and again, until all 50 are done. One typo or one skipped line and your result is silently wrong.

Open any list, like Products, and start from the search bar you already use every day.
Bring in your list of values, whichever way it is easiest for you. All four ways below work the same: every value ends up as one facet, combined with "or".
Select a column of values in Excel or Google Sheets, one value per row, copy it, and paste directly into the search bar. Each row becomes one value automatically.
Select a row of values spread across several columns, copy it, and paste into the search bar. Each column/cell becomes one value automatically.
Copy a multi-line list from Notepad, an email, or any plain text source, and paste it into the search bar. Each line becomes one value automatically.
Prefer typing over copy-paste? Type your values directly in the search box separated by a pipe character "|". No paste needed, the pipe is a normal character on any keyboard.
Right after bringing in your list, every value stays editable in the search bar, joined by "|". Pick a field from the dropdown once to apply them all.
