Color-Coded Notes
Choose from 4 colors: yellow, red, blue, and green to visually categorize your notes by urgency or type. Color is saved per note and always visible at a glance.
Always Above the Form
Notes appear directly above the form, not buried at the bottom of the chatter.The moment you open a record, your notes are the first thing you see.
Collapse and Expand
Toggle the entire notes zone open or closed with one click. A badge shows the note count even when collapsed so you always know notes exist without the zone taking up screen space.
Author and Date Tracking
Every note automatically records who wrote it and when. Author name and creation date are displayed on each card with no manual logging needed.
Dark Mode Support
Fully compatible with Odoo's built-in dark mode. All note colors, the notes zone, and the add form adapt automatically with no extra configuration needed.
