Simplify POS access management

With Simplify POS Access Management, you can easily establish multiple access right for
multiple users. With a single click, you can hide numerous POS buttons from users.
You can improve the POS system and increase users' efficiency by hiding
unnecessary buttons for them. Setting rules for users can be simple without
technical skills. It is simple to use.

Features

There are multiple features of POS access management that allow you to control pos method
from users that are not included in their jobs.

Create access rules

To create access rules, click on the configured menu, select POS access, and then build the rules
by selecting the shop and user.

To create access rules, click on the configured menu, select POS access, and then build the
rules by selecting the shop and user.

Payment access

You can manage control over the visibility of the payment button for specific
users by establishing payment-related rules.

Sales person can only see his orders.

Note : While applying this rule, You have to make sure that the cashier has a related user(user_id)
set in the backend because we have applied the rule on the user that is set in the cashier.

Order access

The order access tab allows you create rules for specific users to hide menu categories, delete
and activate order buttons with a single click.

Customer access

You can configure customer-related access rights in the customer access tab.
Hide buttons like customer, create, and save from specific users to keep customer
details private.

Numpad access

This tab allows you to manage user-specific numpad access rights. Hide the entire
numpad or disable certain numpad features such as price, quantity, discount, and
minus/plus (+/-).

Action access

The order action section provides a number of actions. By creating rules on the action access
tab, you can hide actions like a refund, split, merge, reward, order/quotations, etc from any
user if they are unimportant to them.

General access

The Pos close button and debug window can be hidden in the general access tab
by enabling the buttons.

  • Pos Access Management helps you create rules that hide buttons from specific users.
  • To enable this feature, go to Settings > User & Companies > User and
  • enable the POS Management option as shown below.
  • To create the rules, go to Configuration > POS access rights.
  • You can create multiple rules for multiple users.
