Overview
Disabling the 'Create and Edit' option enhances security and efficiency in Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Invoice, and Inventory management.
Key Features
When a product is created from the Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, or Invoicing modules, the system does not prompt users for missing required fields. To prevent incomplete data entry, the "Create and Edit" option is disabled for users who are not part of the "Allow Create and Edit Access" group.
Administrators can enable or disable the "Create and Edit" option for specific user roles or individual users based on their access rights.
When the "Allow Create and Edit" option is disabled for a user or user role, the system dynamically hides the corresponding "Create" and "Edit" options within the specified modules.
Granular control is provided over which modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, Inventory, Manufacturing) the "Create and Edit" option applies to.
The user interface remains consistent across the application by hiding the "Create" and "Edit" options only for users who have the corresponding permissions disabled.
