This application helps you to create sales quotation from POS.

Overview
Point of sale systems seamlessly translate customer's transactions into sale orders, capturing key datas. Integration with backend systems facilitates real-time inventory updates and order processing. The process enhances operational efficiency, inventory accuracy and enables comprehensive business analysis.
Key Features
Facilitates the creation and management of Quotation, Orders, Invoice and Payment from POS window.
Can print Sales invoice from POS.
Quotation List button and view in POS.
Screenshots
Clicking the "Create Quotation" button will trigger a popup to appear, allowing users to confirm and proceed with the creation of the quotation.
When Clicking the "Create Quotation" button, If customer not selected it's trigger the popup
After selected the customer it trigger the popup to confirm the quotation
The quotation will be successfully created upon confirmation in the popup.
Clicking the "RFQ" button will display the order details to the user.
Upon clicking the "Confirm" button to create the sales order, the "Invoice" button will become enabled, allowing the user to generate an invoice for the confirmed order.
Clicking the "Invoice" for Delivery without confirm the Shipment it will display Warning popup
Clicking the "Truck" icon will initiate the validation process for the shipment.
Upon clicking the "Invoice" button, an invoice will be generated, and the "Payment" button will become enabled, allowing the user to proceed with the payment process.
When clicking the "Payment" button, a payment popup will open, and after validating the payment, the "Print" button will become enabled for generating a printable receipt.
Clicking the "Print" Button will initiate the download of the report.
Records can be searched by Customer, Order Reference, Date and Status criteria.
Users can sort the columns as needed.
