This repost functionality is exclusively available to users with accountant access rights. Users without the required access will be restricted from using this feature.

Navigate to the repost screen via the appropriate menu in the accounting module. This screen will display options to filter by customer, product category, or products.

Choose any one of the following parameters:
Customer: Select one or more customers whose journal entries need reposting.
Product Categories: Choose relevant product categories to filter the entries.
Products: Optionally, select individual products for reposting.
Ensure you also set the date range to define the period for reposting entries.

If no parameter (customer, product category, or product) is selected, and the repost button is clicked, an alert message will appear:
"Please select at least one parameter before proceeding."

Once all required parameters and the date range are selected, click on the Repost button.

The system will repost amounts in accounts associated with the selected filters.

After reposting, review the updated journal entries in the accounting module to verify the changes. Screenshots to Include

After the accounts are reposted, a Revert button will appear on the repost screen.

Clicking the Revert button will restore the data to the original account(s) before the repost action.

Verify the reposted or reverted journal entries in the accounting module to confirm accurate changes.
