Financial Metrics
Margin Percent: Calculate the margin percentage by dividing the sum of all margins in sale orders within the selected date range by the sum of all untaxed amounts, then multiplying by 100.
Revenue: Revenue is calculated by summing all untaxed amounts from invoices generated within the selected date range.
Profit Margin: The system aggregates the total margin from each sale order within the selected date range and presents the cumulative result.
Orders: In the "Orders" section, it will indicate the total count of invoices generated during the selected date range.
Sales Performance Analysis
Today Sales: For "Today sales," the system will not rely on the date range; it will remain static. It will calculate the total amount of invoices generated on the current date and display the result.
Sales History: It will present a list of customers along with the aggregated total invoice amounts generated within the specified date range.
Top Products: "Top Products" highlights the items with the highest sales volume over a specified timeframe.
Top Customers: "Top Customers" showcases the most invoiced clients within the defined time frame.
Graphical Display Options
Graphical Representation:The sales dashboard offers graphical representation options including Bar, Line, Polar, Radar and Doughnut charts.
Data Source and Module Behavior
Data for all these sections will be sourced from invoices in the "Posted" status and sales orders in the "SO" status.
Automatic uninstallation of the sales dashboard module will occur if the Margin checkbox is disabled.
