Run Jitsi Meetings Directly from Odoo
Manage Jitsi meeting rooms in Odoo with automatic room links, participant selection, email invitations, website embed pages, chatter logging, and configurable Jitsi server domain.

Simple Meeting Flow

Use the default meet.jit.si server or enter your own Jitsi domain in Settings.
Create
Create a video meeting and let Odoo generate the unique Jitsi room URL.
Invite
Add participants and send the meeting invitation from the form button.
Join
Open the meeting directly in Jitsi or from the Odoo website embed page.
What This Module Adds
Backend Video Meetings Menu
Adds a dedicated Video Meetings app menu for managing all Jitsi meeting records.
Automatic Join Links
Each meeting gets a unique room name and direct meeting URL automatically.
Participant Email Flow
Select contacts as participants and send meeting invitations using Odoo email.
Website Meeting Page
Use the generated website URL to display the Jitsi room inside your Odoo website.
Optional Meeting Password
Store an optional password on the meeting and include it in invitation emails.
Chatter Tracking
Meeting creation and invite activity are visible in the form chatter.

Configuration Note
The default server is meet.jit.si. To use a private Jitsi server, open Settings and enter only the domain name, for example meet.example.com, without https://.
