Restrict out-of Stock Sale Orders

Overview

In the Sales Configuration settings, there's an option to activate or deactivate a critical feature. When activated, this feature ensures that Sale Orders cannot proceed if the ordered quantity exceeds the available stock. This precautionary measure helps maintain inventory accuracy and prevents overselling. Additionally, the system visually alerts users by highlighting discrepancies in red when the ordered quantity surpasses the available stock on hand. This visual cue serves as a proactive reminder to review and adjust orders to align with current inventory levels, ultimately enhancing efficiency and minimizing potential fulfillment errors.
