The requirements for the development of a Barcode Management App that allows users to set multiple barcodes for products and enables searching across various modules such as Order Management, Purchase, Inventory, and Point of Sale (POS).
How to Install module
Go to the app store and then click on
install
Search Functionality
Here, Users can search for products using
product name.
Integration in Order management System.
Allow barcode scanning in the order for
quick checkout.
Barcode Management
Users can add, remove, or edit multiple
barcodes associated with each product.
Here, Users can search products using any
of the assigned barcodes in Purchase.
Integration in Inventory Management.
Facilitate barcode searches in inventory
checks and updates.
Integration in sales Management.
When you’re creating a sales order, you
can scan the product’s barcode using a barcode scanner, and Odoo will automatically add the
corresponding product to the sales order.Allow barcode scanning in the POS for quick checkout.
Integration in POS System .
Here, Users can search for products using
any of the assigned barcodes in all modules (Order, Purchase, Inventory, POS) .
