Ambulance Coordinators can quickly create service requests, capture patient and caller details, and the system automatically assigns the first available ambulance and driver while generating a unique service number and recording the call received time.
Coordinators review and confirm assignments, which updates ambulance availability and driver duty status. Drivers then manage trip progression through on route, arrival, and completion actions, with automatic timestamp tracking and response time calculation. Medical Staff can record pre hospital vitals and clinical interventions once the patient is reached, ensuring proper clinical documentation.
The system integrates with healthcare operations by automatically creating hospitalizations and appointments for emergency and non emergency services, while transfer cases support destination hospital selection and transfer tracking. Fare calculation is handled automatically using base fare and per kilometer rates, and invoices are generated only when the billing type is marked as paid.
The module also includes a structured maintenance workflow where Maintenance Users can log vehicle faults, track repairs, and update odometer readings, while Maintenance Managers approve work, release vehicles back to service, and manage billing for repairs. Distance Fee Validation
The system requires the distance (KM) fee to be greater than zero before proceeding.
Ambulance Rate Missing Alert
The system blocks billing actions when the ambulance rate is not configured or entered.
BP Diastolic Validation Error
An error is triggered when the diastolic blood pressure value is entered as zero or a negative number.
Heart Rate Validation Error
A warning appears when the patient heart rate is recorded outside the valid range of 30 to 220 bpm.
SpOâ Range Validation
An error is displayed if the oxygen saturation value is entered outside the permitted range of 50% to 100%.
Temperature Validation Error
The system prevents saving when the recorded temperature falls outside the allowed range of 30°C to 45°C.
GCS Score Validation Error
The application enforces that the Glasgow Coma Scale score must remain between 3 and 15.
