Screenshots & Workflow
When an employeeâs payslips are selected for payment, this popup form appears. You can review each employeeâs total salary, see how much has already been paid, and specify how much you want to pay now. Once the payment amounts are entered, click âConfirm Paymentâ to generate and record the payment entries automatically.
If a payslip is only partially paid, its status will automatically change to âPartially Paidâ. If the full amount is paid, the status updates to âPaidâ. Once all payments are completed, the batch moves to the âDoneâ state. This ensures accurate tracking and prevents duplicate or overpayments.
When you open the payment popup again, the system automatically displays the total amount, the amount already paid, and the remaining balance for each employee. This provides a clear view of pending and completed payments, ensuring transparent payroll management.
After confirming the payment, the related journal entries are automatically created in the accounting system. This confirms that all employee payments have been successfully recorded.
