Create a new rule. For each rule:

The email considers products from the selected product Categories

The selected Employees get the email notification

The Manager is copied in the mail sent

The Alert Date specifies the maximum days in advance the employees should get for the product to be part of the expiration report. For example, if the item is to expire in 10 days or less and the alert date is 11, the product will appear in the report. Note that expired items will still appear in same report

Click Send to send out a report immediately or

After configuration, an email gets sent as often as defined by the scheduler (each day by default)
