Multi-Warehouse Transfer Approval Management
Streamline your internal logistics with a structured, role-based approval system designed specifically for multi-warehouse operations. This module introduces accountability, control, and transparency across warehouse transfers ensuring every movement of inventory is properly reviewed and authorized.

Configure Warehoue Manager
Click on Inventory >> Configuration >> Warehouse
Add a Manager
Approve (Source) Button appear
Since Source Location Manager is creating the internal transfer.
Cancel Rquest Button appear
To make changes in the product quantity or add less products click on the Cancel Request first.
Stock Adjustment Warning and Restriction
Once an internal transfer has been approved, any modifications such as adding, removing, or adjusting product quantities require the transfer to be canceled through a ‘Cancel Request’ Button before changes can be made.

Once the source manager approves the internal transfer, then the destination manager can Approve (Destination) or Cancel Request.
Note:
A destination manager can only cancel a request but cannot make any modifications, such as adding, removing, or adjusting product quantities.Only source manager can do.
Activity Notification
Once the source manager approves the transfer, the destination manager gets an activity notification and if the destination
Manager cancels the transfer, then the source manager gets notified.

✔ Assign dedicated managers to each warehouse directly within the warehouse configuration.

Enhance control with two distinct approval actions:
-->Approve Source – Authorised by the source warehouse manager.
-->Approve Destination – Final approval by the destination warehouse manager.
✔ Source Manager has full control to modify transfer details, including adding/removing products and adjusting quantities.
✔ Destination Manager maintains oversight authority, able to either approve the transfer or cancel it if discrepancies are found.
✔ When a transfer is approved by the source manager, the destination manager gets notified instantly.
✔ If the destination manager cancels a transfer, the source manager receives a notification for corrective action.
✔ Logs for each change in the transfer.
