Features
One-Click Quotation Revision
Users can easily access a Revision button on the Sales Quotation, which creates a new version of the same quotation while retaining reference to the original document. This ensures a smooth and controlled revision process.
Quotation Version Tracking
A dedicated Version Number field is added to the quotation, allowing users to clearly track how many revisions have been created and identify the latest version at a glance.
Controlled Cancellation to Prevent Duplicate Orders
All previous revisions of quotations and sales orders are automatically moved to the Cancelled state. To avoid duplicate sales orders with the same reference number, users are restricted from resetting cancelled revisions back to quotation.
Easy Access to Revision History
An intuitive Revisions tab on the quotation allows users to quickly view and navigate through all previous versions, ensuring full visibility and traceability of quotation changes.
