This app streamlines subcontractor job order management by enabling users to link selected subcontractor hours and job cost lines to deliverable lines. It automatically updates the Labour Line in the Job Cost Sheet with actual hours spent. Clients can view detailed subcontractor deliverables, job cost lines, and hours spent through the My Account portal. Additionally, the system provides comprehensive reports showing all deliverable lines with their associated job cost lines and spent hours, supporting better project tracking and decision making.


Main Features:

  • This feature enables users to associate selected subcontractor hours and their corresponding Job Cost Line directly with the Deliverable Line in a Subcontractor Job Order.
  • Subcontractor hours spent are automatically reflected in the Labour Line of the Job Cost Sheet, based on the Job Cost Line and Hours Spent defined in the Deliverable Line of the Subcontractor Job Order.
  • The My Account Portal allows users to view Subcontractor Job Order Deliverables, including detailed Job Cost Lines and corresponding Hours Spent.
  • The system provides a Subcontractor Job Order Report that displays each Deliverable Line along with its associated Job Cost Line and the corresponding Hours Spent.
