MRP Substitutes Products
In This Module we can set substitute product for components in BOM.
Key Highlights
In this Module, we offer substitute products when the original items are out of stock.
We can configure the group .
We can configure substitute product for the component products of the BOM.
We can create a MO for the product we have configured. Here BOM has no on hand quantity, We can see What happens when MO is confirmed
We can see that substituted product has been added to the order line
If the product has on hand quantity the the order is created with the configured product.
