What can you do with this application ?

During a survey, the question "Account number" serves as the reference question, allowing the retrieval and auto-completion of the following information: Company name, SIRET number, Postal code, and City.

Usage
How to set up the application ?
Go to the Survey application.
Add the questions needed for your survey and configure them.
Choose the reference question and the auto-filled responses
In each question row within the Survey application, the "Options" tab contains a "Reference" and "Auto-fill" section, allowing you to configure each question for automatic filling.

The reference question serves as the entry point for auto-filling, meaning it is the key data used to complete the following fields.
Check the box to mark a question as the reference. The reference model determines where the information will be retrieved from, while the reference field specifies which field will correspond to the answer.
If the reference model is "Contact," it is possible to add a category corresponding to a tag on the contact record.
Configure question auto-fill
For the auto-fill feature to work, you must indicate on the following questions that the answer should be automatically completed by checking the dedicated box.
Specify the reference question to determine the source of the information and define the field that the auto-fill should use to complete the answer.
