Create Task from Lead
This module seamlessly integrates CRM leads with project management, allowing users to create project tasks directly from leads. It automatically associates sale order item from the project and populates the customer details in the task record for streamlined workflow.
Features
Create Task from Lead
You can easily create a Project Task by clicking on a button in CRM Lead.
Sale Order Item from Project
Sale Order Item is linked with the Project's sale order item.
Customer from Lead
In created task the Customer comes from the lead.
Create Task with Project Details
User can easily select the Project, an assignee and a deadline for the task.
Sale Order from Task
You can easily switch to sale order from the created task.
Tasks from Lead
User can see all the tasks created from a lead with a smart button.

Click on the button 'Create Task' in the lead record.
Select the project, assignee and deadline to create a task.
User can see the tasks created from that lead by the Tasks smart button.
If a Sale Order Item is linked with the selected Project, then that Sale Order Item comes automatically in the created task from a lead.
User can see that every information comes accordingly. Contact comes from the lead. Assignee, deadline, project comes as the user selected while creating a task from lead.
Task Creation
With this module, users experience a smooth and intuitive process for creating tasks directly from leads, enhancing productivity and clarity. They can effortlessly view all tasks linked to a specific lead. This streamlined connection makes task management feel effortless and highly efficient.
Order Creation
When a task is created from a lead, the corresponding Sale Order Item linked to the project is automatically included. This seamless integration eliminates the need for manual entry, ensuring that all relevant details are readily available within the task.
