POS Customer Birthday
Automatically reward customers on their birthday at the Point of Sale.
What it does
Store each customer's birthday on their contact record and set a birthday discount percentage per Point of Sale. When the cashier selects a customer whose birthday is today, the configured discount is applied to the whole order automatically and the cashier is notified â no coupons, no manual discounting, no mistakes.

How to use â step by step
1. Set the birthday discount on your Point of Sale
Point of Sale → Configuration → Settings → Pricing. Enter the percentage in Birthday Discount.
2. Record the customer's birthday
Open the customer's contact and fill in the Birthday field.
3. The birthday discount is applied automatically
Select the birthday customer in the POS â the discount is applied to every order line, the total updates, and the cashier is notified.

- Odoo 17 â Point of Sale (
