Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) Management for Odoo
Managing post-dated cheques in Odoo has never been easier! By default, Odoo does not provide built-in functionality
for handling post-dated cheques. Thatâs why we developed this moduleâto help businesses efficiently manage PDC transactions
with proper accounting journal entries.
With this module, you can register, track, and process post-dated cheques for both customers and vendors.
It allows seamless movement through various cheque states, ensuring complete control over the cheque lifecycle.

You Have to Set Up All PDC Account
Goto Invoice and select PDC account for customer
Goto Vendor and select PDC account for Vendor
'PDC Payment' menu where you can see the list of register PDC(Customer/Vendor) cheque list.
PDC Payment Form View. Where You Can (Draft, Registered, Clearance, Return, Hold, Replace, Cancel) That Cheque.
After click on 'Register' that cheque set in 'Registered' state.
After Click on 'Register' That Cheque Set in 'Registered' State. And You Can See All Cheque States
After Click on 'Return' That Cheque Set in 'Returned' State. And You Can See Buttons States(Clearance, Hold, Set Draft, Replace)
After Click on 'Hold' That Cheque Set in 'Holded' State. And You Can See Buttons States(Clearance,Replace), Clearance The Cheque or Replace The Cheque with Cash
After Click on 'Replace' That Cheque Set in 'Replaced' State. (Replace The Cheque with Cash)
After Click on 'Clearance' That Is Mean The Cheque is Pass
Smart Buttons - For PDC
When Click on Invoice, You Will Open all Invoices for This Customer
When Click on Attachments, You Will Open all Attachments And You Can Attach More.
When Click on Journal Entries, You Will Open Journal Entries.
When Click on Journal Items, You Will Open Journal Items.
