This application allows users to easily manage your tasks, materials, labor, and overhead—all in one place! This application helps you streamline cost tracking, improve costing management, and gain better control over project and task expenses.

Basically, it allows you to prepare a plan for your material, labour, and overhead cost for your project task.

Your project manager can plan your task related material cost, labour cost, and overhead costs on the task.

It can also give you actual costs based on your purchase order and timesheets so you can see what was planning costs and what is your actual cost for labour, material, and overheads related to your project task and job order.

Main Features:

• Material Usage Tracking:
• Easily see what materials are used for each task and compare it with what was planned. This helps you avoid waste and stay on budget. This is a manual entry tab so you have to enter it manually what materials are being consumes for this job orders.
• Material Tracking:
• Keep a simple, organized list of materials for each task, so you always know what you have and can easily find what you need.
• Labor Tracking:
• Keep track of how many hours employees work and the costs involved, making it easier to manage your team.
• Overhead Tracking:
• Helps you keep an eye on extra costs for the task, like utilities and administrative fees.
• A Job Order field has been added to the Purchase Order Line, so you can link purchases directly to specific tasks. This makes it easier to track material costs and make sure the items you buy fit the needs of the job.
• A Job Order field has also been added to Timesheets, allowing employees to record their hours for specific jobs. This helps better track costs and makes it easier to manage labor expenses.
• This application allows for the effective management of task materials by tracking both actual purchases and consumed resources. This capability ensures that material usage is accurately documented, thereby avoiding shortages and excess inventory.
• The application facilitates the tracking of labor and overhead costs based on actual purchases. By associating expenses with specific tasks, organizations can uphold precise project budgets and enhance financial planning.
• Manage material planning and consumption of material on task.
• It gives a complete idea about your planned cost and actual cost since the system allows you to set up a planned amount for material, labor, and overhead on the task and at the same time show actual amounts shown on the cost sheet automatically. This actual amount is based on linking purchase orders and timesheets where the system allows you to select the job order on purchase orders and timesheets.
