Features

  • Ability to track all changes performed on Request for quotation
  • Creates revision in any Sale order stage (from RFQ, Sent till Sales)

Process

  • In Sale app, create a new request for quotation for example S00010.
  • If there is a need to update the prices of a sales order, add or delete products, or modify the discount, you can revise the sales order and make the necessary updates. To revise the quotation, the user needs to click the Revision button.
  • Request for Quotation gets revised and it will be indicated by adding iteration number next to the generated sequence, the quotation will be moved to RFQ, user can make changes and save.
  • To view the revision history, go to the original order, where you can see all Revisions. Click on **Revisions** to review the updates.

When confirming a revision, the system will cancel all other revisions.
