Barcode Scan on Inventory Operations
Scan products straight onto the picking form your team already uses — with full lot & serial capture written back as real Detailed Operation lines in Odoo.
Live Scan Progress
Every line on the picking shows a running scanned-against-demand count and ticks green when it's complete — so the floor can see what's left without counting twice.
Lot & Serial Capture
Tracked products ask for the lot and a quantity. Split one line across as many lots as the goods actually arrived in — real pallets rarely come from a single batch.
Real Detailed Operations
Saved counts become genuine move lines with real lot records — not a side table. No exports, no re-entry, no drift between the floor and Odoo.
Every Line, Counted Against Its Demand
The scan bar sits above the picking and keeps the cursor to itself, so a USB or Bluetooth scanner just works. Underneath, a progress panel lists every line with a live scanned-against-demand count, ticking green as each one is satisfied. The bar automatically picks Verify for a reserved delivery and Count for a fresh receipt, so the same screen works whether you're confirming what's reserved or counting up from zero.
What The Floor Scanned Is What Odoo Records
One button pushes the session's counts down onto the real move quantities, ready to validate with Odoo's own button. Progress is persisted, so a refresh, a reload or a change of shift doesn't lose the count — and once the picking is done or cancelled the panel locks read-only, showing what was scanned without letting anyone rewrite history.
Tracked Products, Captured Lot by Lot
Scan a lot-tracked or serial-tracked product and the bar asks for the lot number and a quantity. Enter 2 of Lot1, then 1 of Lot2 — one line, split across as many lots as the delivery actually arrived in. Lot numbers that don't exist yet are created for you.
Real Lot Records, Not A Side Table
Each captured lot appears as a chip under its line, removable with a click if one is added by mistake. On save, every lot becomes its own Detailed Operation line in Odoo — real lot records with real quantities, ready to validate. No exports, no manual re-entry, and no drift between what the floor scanned and what Odoo believes it has.
Type It When Scanning 200 Would Be Silly
Nobody wants to scan the same carton two hundred times. Click the count on any line and type the quantity instead — always capped at the demand, so a slip of the keyboard can't book more than was ordered.
One Too Many Says So
Scan past the demand and the bar warns in amber instead of quietly over-booking the line. Scan a product that isn't on this picking at all and it says that too, by name — nothing is silently added and nothing is silently dropped.
Everything In The Box
Receipts, deliveries and internal transfers, all on the standard form. No new menu, no new screen, nothing to train.
Verifies a reserved delivery against demand, or counts a fresh receipt up from zero — chosen automatically.
Every line with a running scanned/demand count and a tick when complete, right above the picking.
Split one line across as many lots as the goods arrived in, each a removable chip. New lot records created automatically.
Saved counts written as genuine move lines with lot links — exactly what Odoo's own validation expects.
Type large quantities instead of scanning each unit, always capped at the demand.
Counts survive a refresh, a reload or a change of shift — and lock read-only once the picking is done or cancelled.
Over-scanning or scanning a product that isn't on the picking warns clearly instead of silently adding it.
Resolves against the product barcode first, then the internal reference — whichever your labels carry.
A clean layer on standard stock. Native buttons, wizards and validations keep working exactly as they do today.
