Sale Tender Management
Sale Tender Management for managing agreements in sale orders
Key Highlights
Add various sale order agreements.
Compare different sale order lines.
Choose the best among the order lines.
Enable Sale Agreements
Navigate to Sales -> Configuration -> settings and Enable Sale Agreements option.
Sale Tenders Menu
Go to Sales -> Orders -> Sale Tenders menu to create Sale Agreements.
Agreement Form.
In the Agreements form, we can create agreement types and select other options as needed.
Configuring and Using Sale Agreements
Once the Agreement Type is selected, we can add lines and other details from here. After that, we can create multiple Sales Orders from the form, and all created orders can be accessed through the Smart Tab.
Sale order.
For Sale Orders created from the Agreement form, the agreement is automatically linked to the Sale Order form.
Create Alternatives.
Alternative Sale Orders can be created from the Alternatives tab in the Sale Order form, with an option to copy the current Sale Order.
Compare Product Lines
The option to compare order lines from the Sale Order becomes available after alternative orders are created.
Comparing Alternative Sale Order Lines
Clicking Compare Product Lines opens a comparison view, where the lines with the best unit price and total are highlighted. You can then choose or clear the lines as needed.
