Sync Saudi government tenders from the TendersAlerts API (Etimad & Forsah) directly into a full Kanban pipeline inside Odoo: with CRM opportunity linking, project creation, won/lost workflow, and a live analytics dashboard for your bid team.

Key Features
- API Settings: store your API key, webhook secret, test the live connection, refresh credit balances, and generate a webhook secret with one click.
- Filter Sync: pull regions, cities, agencies, activities, sub-activities, and tender types from the API into local reference records.
- Manual Sync Wizard: fine-grained one-off sync with keyword include/exclude, region/city/agency/activity/type multi-select, date-range filters, and awarded-only toggle.
- Scheduled Sync (Cron): configurable interval (default 6 h) with only-new-tenders and only-active-tenders flags; safety cap on max pages per run to protect credits.
- Tender Pipeline: Kanban and list views with 14 built-in stages (New â Awarded â Lost â¦), each with EN and AR labels, colour-coded and foldable.
- Rich Tender Detail: reference number, agency, region/city, activity, deadlines, warranty info, contractor category, SME/local preference flags, and more.
- Bill of Quantities (BoQ): quantity tables rendered as HTML from TSD data.
- Attachments Viewer: side-by-side PDF iframe viewer with a file sidebar; non-PDF attachments available for direct download.
- Evaluation Criteria: weighted criteria sections with child-criterion tables and pass scores.
- Contact Information: agency contact table rendered from TSD contact_info.
- Proposals: fetch awarded vendor proposals (consumes proposal credits); view vendor name, price, awarding value, and awarded status.
- Webhook Receiver: HMAC-verified endpoint logs field-level changes (old/new value, AR/EN summary) and posts chatter messages.
- CRM Integration: one-click "Create Opportunity" from any tender; two-way link between tender and CRM opportunity; agency name and description pre-filled.
- Project Integration: one-click "Create Project" from any tender for bid preparation; two-way link between tender and project.
- Won / Lost Workflow: Mark Won / Mark Lost header buttons; lost reason wizard with configurable lost reasons (bilingual EN/AR names, sequence, active).
- Lost Reasons Settings: configurable lost reason records under Configuration â Lost Reasons; each reason has an English name and an Arabic name.
- Tenders Dashboard: OWL client-action dashboard with Chart.js charts: tenders by stage, monthly trend, top agencies, win rate by region, tenders per user, wins per activity. KPI cards + date-range filter + 6 dropdown filters.
- Deadline Reminders: automatic activity scheduled N days before the offer deadline when a user is assigned to a tender.
- Auto-Archive: stale tenders in terminal stages are archived automatically after a configurable number of days past their deadline.
- Sync Log: every sync run is logged with state, counts, parameters, and error messages.
- Access Control: User / Manager roles; optional feature groups for Proposals, Webhook Changes, and Technical tab.
- Bilingual UI: full Arabic translation included via a dedicated i18n file; stage names, lost reason names, and all UI labels switch to Arabic automatically when the user's language is set to Arabic, with no configuration required. The English interface is fully independent.

Requirements & Support
A TendersAlerts.com API subscription is required to use this module. The module uses the TendersAlerts REST API to fetch tenders and receive webhook updates. API credits are consumed per sync run based on your subscription plan.
