What is TICIAN?
TICIAN is an intelligent assistant that lives inside your Odoo interface as a floating chat widget. It understands your current screen context — which module you're in, what form you're editing, which fields are empty — and helps you work faster.

How It Works

Install & Configure
Install the module in Odoo 17, then add your API key in Settings > TICIAN Assistant.
2️⃣
Click the Chat Button
A chat button appears in the bottom-right corner of every screen.
3️⃣
Ask Anything
Type your question or click a suggestion chip. TICIAN responds with context-aware answers.
Security First
Your Odoo credentials never leave the browser. All ORM calls execute in your own authenticated session. The backend only handles AI reasoning — it never touches your Odoo database.
- Write operations always show a confirmation dialog
- Security validator blocks dangerous operations (unlink, sudo, execute_kw)
- 6 semantic actions: query.count, query.list, query.aggregate, screen.read, action.execute, discover
