What is TICIAN?

TICIAN is an intelligent assistant that lives inside your Odoo interface as a floating chat widget. It understands your current screen context — which module you're in, what form you're editing, which fields are empty — and helps you work faster.

• Screen Context Awareness: Understands what you see — forms, lists, kanban boards, dashboards
• Natural Language Chat: Ask questions about your data in plain language
• Smart Actions: Fill fields, confirm orders, navigate modules — all from the chat
• Confirmation Dialogs: Every write operation requires explicit user confirmation
• Multi-tenant: Each company uses their own API key, data never leaves the browser

Security First

Your Odoo credentials never leave the browser. All ORM calls execute in your own authenticated session. The backend only handles AI reasoning — it never touches your Odoo database.

• Write operations always show a confirmation dialog
• Security validator blocks dangerous operations (unlink, sudo, execute_kw)
• 6 semantic actions: query.count, query.list, query.aggregate, screen.read, action.execute, discover

• Spreadsheet/canvas dashboards are not readable (honest decline provided)
• No voice input (planned for v1.1)
• No web search integration (planned for v1.2)
