Algerian Fiscal Stamp and Escompte Management for Odoo 17
Timbre Fiscal DZ is an Odoo 17 localization module designed to manage Algerian fiscal stamp rules, payment-mode based fiscal stamp calculation, escompte calculation, invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and payments.
Overview
This module helps Algerian companies configure and apply fiscal stamp rules directly inside Odoo. It integrates with Accounting, Sales, Purchase and Payment workflows.
Users can define fiscal stamp brackets, select payment modes that trigger fiscal stamp calculation, configure escompte rules and display calculated amounts on invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and reports.

Step 1: Enable Fiscal Stamp Calculation
First, enable the fiscal stamp option from the invoicing configuration. Once activated, the fiscal stamp calculation will appear automatically on the related invoices and business documents.
Step 2: Configure Fiscal Stamp Brackets
Create and manage fiscal stamp brackets directly from Odoo. These brackets define how the fiscal stamp amount should be calculated.
Step 3: Select the Payment Mode
Choose the payment mode that should trigger the fiscal stamp calculation. For example, if the payment mode Cash is configured for fiscal stamp, then when Cash is selected on the invoice, the fiscal stamp amount will be calculated and displayed automatically.
The same payment mode logic can also be used for escompte calculation. The system checks the selected payment mode, then checks the invoice products. If the product is configured with the has_escompte option enabled, the escompte amount will also be calculated and displayed on the invoice.
Step 4: Invoice and Business Document Integration
Apply fiscal stamp and escompte information on invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and related reports.

The account_payment_mode module is provided by the Odoo Community Association bank-payment project. Make sure it is installed and available in your Odoo environment before installing Timbre Fiscal DZ.
Usage
Once the module is installed and configured, fiscal stamp rules can be used on invoices, sales orders, purchase orders and payments. The fiscal stamp amount is calculated according to the configured brackets and the selected payment mode.
Escompte is calculated when the configured payment mode is selected and when the related product has the has_escompte option enabled.
