How to Install

Open your Odoo ERP System ▶ Apps ▶ Install/Activate this module.

How to Use

After installing this module, go to the "Time off" app. Next, click over the "Configurations" tab and choose "Accrual Plan" from the dropdown menu.

To create a new "Accrual plan," simply click on "New" button.

Provide a specific name for the Accrual plan and then proceed by clicking on "Add a new level."

Once you click on "Add a new level," the "Create Level" wizard will open. In this wizard, make the necessary configurations for the "Accrual plan" on your end. Afterward, click the "Save & Close" button.

After completing the configuration, go ahead and click on "Approvals," and from the dropdown menu, choose "Allocations."

To create a new allocation, simply click on the "New" button.

Provide a suitable name, then select the "Accrual Allocation" radio button for the Allocation type. Choose the previously configured Accrual plan, and customize the remaining fields according to your business requirements. Save the configuration and confirm it to apply the changes.

Ensure it is validated to enable this configuration.

After completing the above process, navigate to "Schedule Actions" (ensuring that developer mode is active), and then choose "Accrual Time Off: Updates the number of time off."

You can configure this action according to your requirements, or you can run this action manually by clicking the "Run Manually" button.

By following this process, the Time off allocation is executed in accordance with the Accrual plan you've configured. See screenshot below.
