Overview
- This module allows you to access the timesheet approval module, which allows managers to approve or reject timesheets.
Features
The "Draft" state is automatically applied when a timesheet is prepared. The manager can then change it to the "Approve" or "Reject" state.
This module allows the manager to choose multiple timesheets for mass approval or rejection.
Once the timesheet is approved or rejected, the person gets an email notification.
Screenshots
The timesheet is submitted to the manager by clicking the "Submit to Manager" button.
If the employee submits it, the manager can approve or reject it after it has not been edited by the employee.
Here the timesheet is approved or rejected by the manager.
The approved timesheet email looks like the one below.
Here, the state changes to "approved."
On clicking the reject button, the person gets an email notification of the rejection of the timesheet.
If you click "Reject," an alert appears, prompting you to enter a "Reason" for the rejection.
Here you can see the details of the rejected person and date. The state is changed to "Rejected."
The rejected timesheet email looks like the one below.
The manager can do mass approval using "Approved."
The manager can do mass rejected using "Rejected."
If you click "Rejected," an alert comes up and you have to write "Reason" for mass rejection.
