WhatsApp POS Receipt

Send purchase receipts to customers via WhatsApp directly from the Point of Sale.

After Installing the module navigate to POS .

Create a POS order and select a customer by clicking the Customer button.

Next, you will see a list of customers from which you can choose

Choose a customer from the list, and you will also see their mobile number. If the customer does not have a mobile number, you can click the Details button to edit the customer information.

Now, you will see the customer information form

There, you can add the customer’s mobile number in the mobile field and save the changes.

After validating the POS order, you can find the Send Receipt to WhatsApp button on the Receipt screen

When you click that button, you will be redirected to WhatsApp Web.

WhatsApp chat with the customer will open.

You can view the receipt message sent to the customer and then proceed to send it.
