Retenue à la Source Tunisienne
Gestion complète de la retenue à la source : Fournisseurs et Clients
Gestion facile des certificats et écritures comptables
FONCTIONNALITÉS :
Gestion des Retenues Fournisseurs et Clients.
Configuration des comptes comptables distincts par type
(Client/Fournisseur).
Génération automatique des écritures comptables de retenue.
Nouveau : Possibilité de définir une base de
calcul personnalisée (Base de Retenue).
CONFIGURATION:
Configuration du Journal : Assurez-vous d'avoir
défini un journal pour les opérations de retenue dans les paramètres de la société.
Configuration de type de retenue : Selectionner
le type de retenue et saisir le n° de TVA
pour les Fournisseurs et les Clients.
Paiement : Lors de l'enregistrement d'un
paiement, sélectionnez la retenue à la source. Si la base de calcul diffère du montant brut,
saisissez-la dans le champ "Base de Retenue". Le système calculera automatiquement le montant de la
retenue et le montant net.
Statut de la facture après paiement :
à la confirmation du paiement, le montant net et la retenue à la source
sont automatiquement rapprochés avec la facture.
Imprimer le certificat :
Un boutton d'imprission apparaît sur la page de paiement si le champs appliquer retenue à la source
est coché.
Cliquez sur le boutton d'impression pour imprimer le certificat.
