Purchase Dynamic Multi-Level Approval
This module will help you to setup purchase order multi-level approval.
Access Rights Manager (Requester & Approver)
'n' No.Of approval levels
'OR' & 'AND' approval types
Approval activity notification
Apporval Email notification
Multi Company/Branch Approvals
Approval status tracking (based on each level)
Aproval cancel/reject with reason
Multiple approval stages (Draft/To Approve/Approved)
Add the group for Approvers under Settings (Activate Debug Mode) > Users & Companies > Extra Rights > Multi Level Approval Manager
Setup Approvers & levels under Purchase > Configuration > Approval Configuration > Approval Templates
Enable Purchase order approval configuration under Purchase > Configuration > Settings > Enable Purchase Order Approval > Add Minimum Amount if required.
Create New Approval Template with Approvers & Minimum user configuration
Here, the user is the requester, Approver 1 & Approver 2 are first level approvers, Approver 3 is the second level approver & Administrator is the third or final level approver. User is creating the RFQ or PO & Clicking Confirm.
From Approver 1's & 2's login, PO can be approved by clicking the 'Approve Order' button or rejected by clicking the 'Cancel' button. When canceling a PO, a cancellation reason is required.
Once all the approvers are approved, the PO is generated/posted.
