- Is the support included in the module ?
No, only malfunctions are taken into account in the support, otherwise you must have an Auneor Conseil support contract.
- Is accommodation included in the module ?
No. If you wish to be hosted by Auneor Conseil or Odoo, then you can sign a contract with Auneor Conseil or Odoo but this hosting contract will be independent of this module.

- Le support est-il compris dans le module ?
Non, seul les dysfonctionnements sont pris en compte dans le support, sinon vous devez avoir un contrat de support Aunéor Conseil.
- L’hébergement est-il compris dans le module ?
Non. Si vous souhaitez être hébergé chez Aunéor Conseil ou chez Odoo, alors vous pouvez souscrire un
contrat auprès d’Aunéor Conseil ou d’Odoo mais ce contrat d’hébergement sera indépendant du présent module.

- Is Odoo version migration included in the module?
From Odoo v14 onwards, for each subsequent version, a migration script is integrated into the training module, enabling the module to be migrated. When migrating to a previous version, simply download a new version in Odoo apps and update it on the server. The migration scripts for the training module are integrated into this module, and it is up to the customer to migrate his Odoo version via Odoo enterprise services or by other means.
- If I buy the module in v15, will I have to buy it again in v16 later?
If you buy the module in one version, it will only be valid in that version. You'll have to buy it again if you want to get it in another version as well. The version you're in is regularly updated, so don't hesitate to check the github again to make sure you have the latest minor version of the module.
- What's the difference between the subscription training module and odoo apps?
The subscription version of the training module supplied by Aunéor Conseil (€2,000 excl. tax per year, renewable by tacit agreement) includes all the pedagogical and financial aspects, unlike the odoo apps training module which does not.
- How many users does the rate apply to?
The price is valid for an unlimited number of users. If you are using Odoo enterprise, you will need to pay for an Odoo contract.
- Does the training module require other modules to operate?
The training module requires mandatory and optional Odoo modules to operate: Mandatory Odoo modules: To use the training module. These modules are compatible with the community version of Odoo: contacts,event,sales team,sales management,portal,calendar Optional Odoo modules: Enable additional functionalities to be added to the training module: questionnaire, signature (Enterprise version only), purchase, Se-learning
- What's the difference between the enterprise and community versions of the module?
The only difference is that with the enterprise version, attendance sheets can be dematerialized using the Odoo sign module, which is not possible with the community version. If you download the training_management_sign module, it can only be used with the enterprise version.
- Are trainers considered as paying users (Odoo enterprise contract)?
Trainers can monitor course participants and make electronic signature requests using portal access. (no additional cost)
- Questions spécifiques au module formation :
A partir de la v14 d’Odoo, pour chacune des versions postérieures à celle-ci, est intégré dans le module formation un script de migration permettant la migration du module. Lors d’une migration sur une version antérieure il suffira de télécharger une nouvelle version dans Odoo apps et de la mettre à jour sur le serveur. Les scripts de migration du module formation sont intégrés à ce module, à charge au client de migrer sa version d’Odoo via les services enterprise d’Odoo ou d’une autre manière.
- Si on achète le module en v15, devra t-on le racheter en v16 plus tard ?
Si vous achetez le module dans une version, il ne sera alors valable que dans cette version. Vous devrez en effet, le racheter si vous souhaitez l’obtenir également dans une autre version. La version dans laquelle vous êtes est régulièrement mise à jour, n’hésitez pas à revérifier dans le github que vous avez la dernière version mineure du module.
- Quelle est la différence entre le module formation en abonnement et en odoo apps ?
La version du module formation en abonnement fourni par Aunéor Conseil (2000 € HT par an et renouvele à tacite reconduction) comprend toute la partie bilan pédagogique et financier à la différence du module formation en odoo apps qui ne la comprend pas.
- Le tarif est valable pour combien d’utilisateurs ?
Le tarif est valable pour un ombre d’utilisateurs illimité. Si vous êtes en version Odoo enterprise, vous devrez payer un contrat Odoo.
- Le module formation nécessite t-il d’autres module pour fonctionner ?
Le module formation nécessite des modules Odoo obligatoires et optionnel pour fonctionner :

Pour utiliser le module formation. Ces modules sont compatibles avec une utilisation en version
communautaire de Odoo: contacts, event, sales team, sale management, portal, calendar
Les modules Odoo optionnels :
Permettent d’ajouter des fonctionnalités supplémentaires au module formation : questionnaire, signature (en version Enterprise uniquement), achat, e-learning.
- Quelle est la différence entre le module en version enterprise et communautaire ?
La seule différence est qu’avec la version enterprise, les feuilles d’émargement peuvent être dématérialisée grâce au module Odoo sign, ce qui n’est pas possible en version communautaire. Si vous téléchargez le module training_management_sign, il sera utilisable uniquement en version enterprise.
- Les formateurs sont-ils considérés comme des utilisateurs payants (contrat Odoo enterprise) ?
Oui, nous travaillons actuellement sur cette question. 3.7.2
