Select User Access Rights in User screen to enable the permission:
To set user access rights in Odoo, go to Settings > Users, open each user's profile, and assign them to the appropriate groups like Manager, Team Lead, Executive, or Accounting Team. Ensure the permissions for these groups are correctly set in Settings > Groups to match their roles.

The Proposal screen in the Tour and Travel module captures essential information, including: Customer Details: Basic info, lead source, and assigned executive/operation manager. Tour Information: Total members, FIT or GIT category. Proposal Status: Tracks approval, revision, and final cost. Order Items: Tour items, operation expenses, ledgers, and customer feedback. Payment History: Customer advance and payment details. This screen efficiently manages and records all aspects of a customer's tour proposal.
Tour and Travel Confirmed Proposal Status, Expenses, and Revenues by File No:
The Confirmed Proposal status in the Tour and Travel module locks the tour details for final processing. It tracks: Total Expenses: Includes all operational costs. Total Revenues: Records customer payments. File No: Uniquely identifies each proposal for easy tracking of financials. This ensures clear visibility and management of expenses and revenues for each tour proposal.
Ticketing Process for Airlines, Railways, and Bus Booking with Customer and Supplier Payment Settlement:
The ticketing process involves booking travel (airline, railway, or bus), capturing customer details, and calculating ticket expenses. Payments are collected from the customer and settled with the supplier. An invoice is generated for the customer, and the ticket is issued upon successful payment. Customer support handles any changes or cancellations.
Fare Management for Ticketing :
The "Add Fare" button opens a window where users can enter details such as basic fare, taxes, additional charges, and supplier-specific fees. These amounts are automatically calculated to determine the total cost for the customer. The system then generates an invoice to settle the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the reservation process can proceed.
