Product Image Annotation Tool
Installing the Product Image Annotation Tool in Odoo.
To set up the Product Image Annotation Tool add-on in Odoo, begin by accessing the Odoo Apps menu. Clear any pre-existing filters from the search field. Proceed to search for the "Product Image Annotation Tool" add-ons. Once you find the specific add-on you're looking for, select it to commence the installation procedure.
Streamlined Product Editing: Image Annotation Tool Integration.
After installing the "Product Image Annotation Tool," you'll notice a new button labeled "Open Image Editor" on the product form view. Clicking on this button redirects you to the image editor screen. It's important to note that the "Open Image Editor" button is visible on all variants, but it only appears on product templates that have a single variant. If there are multiple variants for a product, you'll find the button on each of those variants.

Upon clicking the 'Open Image Editor' button, you will be redirected to a screen displaying the current product image on the left side and annotation lines on the right side.
Adding Markers to Images.
Adding a Marker to the Image: Click anywhere on the image to automatically create an annotation line on the right side.
Edit Annotation Lines.
Easily Edit Annotation Lines: Simply click on an annotation line to directly edit it. Add relevant information in the description field and save your changes.
Interactive Image Annotation: Add, View, and Delete Markers with Ease.
To manage image annotations effectively, users can add multiple markers on an image and provide corresponding descriptions. A feature allows users to see active annotation lines when hovering over markers, and vice versa. For deleting a marker, users can click on the delete icon present on the annotation line and then save their changes. This action will remove the selected annotation line and its related marker.
Website Shop Product Page Marker Integration.
After configuring the markers in the backend, they are now visible on the product page of the website's shop. Hovering over these markers reveals the corresponding descriptions, as depicted in the screenshot below.

At this point it will only work for PNGs not for PDF. However we are planning to add this feature in future release.
