Shift Task Stage
This module improves project management by adding a dedicated button to the Project record. When clicked, it opens a wizard that displays available task stages. Users can select the desired stage, and with a single action, all tasks within the project are updated accordingly.
Change Task Stage – Select this button for chaging the stage of a project
Select the task category – In the Task Type section, select the tasks for which you want to modify the stage.
Stage Selection- Once you click on the Task Stage buton these option will be displayed on the screen select a desired stage.
Confirming the Stage Selection- After selecting the stage and type for the project, click the Confirm button to save the changes.
Task Stage is Changed – The selected tasks of the project have now been moved to the chosen task stage.
