Our Hotel Management Suite is designed to streamline operations for hotels and lodging facilities. This module provides a robust platform for managing room reservations, guest profiles, invoicing, and more. Integrated with a restaurant POS module, it allows you to link restaurant orders directly to hotel bookings, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Booking Selection View.

In this view, you can select an existing checked-in booking to associate the order to it.

POS View.

The above order screen shows that current order is linked to booking #4.

Orders in Folio.

The booking #4 shows the list of linked orders with corresponding invoice informations.

POS Payment Screen.

The above payment screen allows to skip paying order at POS level and and show the amount at the linked booking #4. We highly discourage you from skipping payment at restaurant as this may mess up your accounting.

Since 10/31/2024 we sent some concerns regarding the hotel modules.
