1. To access the OCR service, please follow the steps below:

  • Register on the Service Portal: Sign up at https://ai.fynix.app to obtain your Authentication Key.
  • Access Your Authentication Key: After registration, you can find your Authentication Key within the OCR Dashboard, as shown in the provided screenshot.
  • Purchase Required Tokens: To activate the OCR service, purchase the necessary Input + Output tokens from - https://ai.fynix.app/shop

2. Setup & Configuration

Install Odoo OCR Using AI For Purchase Order Module
From App Menu > Install Module

3. API Configuration Inside Odoo

After activating Developer mode, go to Settings => OCR AI Integration as mentioned in the below screenshot.

4. Configure Odoo OCR AI Token

You can configure company based OCR AI Token which you have received from Service Portal.

5. Dynamic Mapping of Fields of Purchase Order Model

In order to map your dynamic fields with Purchase Order's data go to Settings => OCR AI Integration => Model configuration as per the below screenshot.
This module allows you to create Purchase Orders from the same configuration as mentioned below:
