Consuntivo Tab (Project Summary)
The Consuntivo tab offers a clear, real-time breakdown of the project actual financial performance, showing both cost and revenue per category:
- Automatic Cost Calculation: Includes material costs (e.g. purchase orders) and labor costs (e.g. timesheets into hourly rates) linked to the project.
- Revenue Calculation: Based on sales prices and quantities for project-related deliverables. Helps monitor profitability at a glance.
All values are auto-calculated using live data from Purchases, Timesheets, and Sales Orders.
Tip: Use the Print (Consuntivo) menu to export the summary as a PDF report for clients or internal records.
