User Warehouse Restriction
This Module Restrict Warehouse And Stock Location For Users.

Module allows Users to set Restriction for the warehouse.

Enable the feature from the settings.
Go to Inventory settings -> Click the Restrict Stock warehouse button followed by the storage location button.

Add the Users here.
Restrict From User form page
Here we can set the Restricted Warehouse and Location.
Removed the Location and Warehouse
As per the User Restriction the Locations are Removed from the Selection.
No Restriction
For This User There is no Restriction for the Location.
No filtration in location
For This User can Access all the Location.

As part of the initial configuration, the warehouse feature must be enabled in the inventory settings. Once enabled, users must be manually assigned to each warehouse. When warehouse restrictions are activated, the administrator is automatically assigned as an allowed user. Initially, only the administrator will have access to warehouses. If no additional users are assigned, they will not have access. Only users explicitly added as allowed users will be able to access the warehouses.
Regarding the auto-reset issue you mentioned, it has been already resolved. You can download the latest version from the Odoo App Store.

This module has a major bug, allowed users always reset to administrator only, and keep get index out of range in POS front office
Although allowed users already set for some users, it keeps reset to administrator only. And in the middle of POS session get "index out of range" error and throwed from the POS front office
You don't have one for Odoo18?
