The reimbursement bridge from the Business Trips lifecycle to the standard Odoo expense engine. When an employee business trip is completed, each employee traveller's out-of-pocket trip costs reach Accounting through one consolidated draft expense report per person - not as scattered manual reports.

- Completing a trip generates exactly one draft hr.expense.sheet per distinct employee traveller, never one per service line.
- External (non-employee) travellers are not reimbursed.
- GL-anchored, fail-loud
- Each expense line is anchored to a configurable expense product so the GL expense account always resolves; an unconfigured product fails loud.
- Multi-dimensional cost attribution
- Every generated line carries the trip's analytic distribution, so per-trip multi-dimensional cost capture survives reimbursement.
- Auto or one-click
- A per-company switch generates on trip completion, or an operator presses a single "Create Expense Report" button. Generation is idempotent.
