What it does

This module extends Viindoo Fleet Booking to support passenger transportation (employee business trips and VIP / charter / shuttle whole vehicle transport) while reusing the same booking item, routing and capacity control logic that is already used for cargo.

It introduces a generic fleet.passenger model that inherits from fleet.booking.item so that each passenger record becomes a first-class booking item that can be attached to trips, waypoints and routing in the same way as cargo items.

- Each passenger can be routed and scheduled alongside other booking items.
- Luggage count, weight and volume per passenger.
Unified weight and volume capacity for passenger and cargo
- Total luggage weight and volume are aggregated on fleet.booking.item.
- Existing vehicle seat / payload / volume capacity checks are reused.
Passenger boarding lifecycle (check-in / check-out)
- Boarding pass barcode, check-in / check-out timestamps and a tracked boarding state (registered / boarded / alighted / no-show).
- Scan-to-board resolver and per-trip boarded / alighted / no-show counts.
- No-show passengers are materialised when the trip is marked done.
User interface for passenger management
- Dedicated menu and views for managing passengers.
- Passenger page, portal block and trip print section.
