What it does
- Overrides the two base seam hooks (prepare_fleet_booking_vals and _prepare_booking_item_vals) to set booking_type='external_cargo' and generate one fleet.cargo commodity line per fleet sales order line.
- Supports multi-stop / multi-commodity cargo runs: each SO line names its own pickup and dropoff partner; on confirm each line becomes an ordered, independently- addressed fleet.booking.item stop-pair carrying one fleet.cargo.
- Header demand weight/volume is set equal to the sum across all stop-pairs so the existing cargo capacity constraints are satisfied on creation.
- Does NOT override invoicing: the SO line price_unit is the price-of-record (master CC-7) and the standard SO -> invoice flow is used unchanged.
Install only when both viin_fleet_booking_cargo (cargo audience) and viin_fleet_sale (sales bridge base) are present. Never auto-installs.
